[PERFORMANCE INTRODUCTION] Crossbones Trombones, a professional trombone ensemble based in Belgium Founded by five passionate young professional musicians who came together with a shared love of music, the ensemble seeks to share that passion with audiences through this UNESCO Creative Cities Network Exchange Concert. Crossbones Trombones spans diverse genres including classical, jazz, film music, and pop, offering audiences fresh musical enjoyment through original and innovative arrangements. The ensemble aims to establish itself as an increasingly important ensemble in the international brass music scene, with musical excellence as its top priority at all times. The group also dreams of traveling around the world and showcasing trombone music in unexpected venues. To date, they have performed in various countries including Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Japan, South Korea (Jeju International Wind and Percussion Festival), Dubai, Canada, India, South Africa, and Estonia.
