[PERFORMANCE INTRODUCTION] The GMC Chamber Series presents a recital by Ria Kang, a young and talented violinist who has demonstrated exceptional musical ability from an early age and has garnered international attention on stages centered in the United States. Ria Kang rose to prominence by winning first prize at the 2024 Arthur Grumiaux International Violin Competition and is currently studying under Professor Katherine Cho at the Juilliard Pre-College Division. Having accumulated performance experience and won awards at various international competitions, she is a gifted performer with great potential for growth, backed by refined musicality and solid technical skill.
