"An attractive performer who pursues the pinnacle of perfection through sensibility combined with intellect, impeccable technique and compositional structure, outstanding insight, and refined subtlety without exaggeration"
Pianist Cho Jae-hyuk is a musician who constantly discovers something new within works and infuses those discoveries into his music. He questioned whether Mozart's piano music merely rests in clear and neat beauty, and within that questioning, he discovered another Mozart.
Mozart with dialogue and song, with wit, and with the emotions and breath of characters.
Mozart, who holds an entire opera within a single piano.
Through four complete performances of Mozart's Piano Sonatas in 2024, pianist Cho Jae-hyuk has explored this vast world on stage. That journey has now led to complete recordings. Beginning in March 2026 and continuing through June 2027, he will release six volumes of complete Mozart Piano Sonatas at three-month intervals. This is the crystallization of Cho Jae-hyuk's interpretation of Mozart accumulated over many years.
This performance is a condensed moment prepared at the end of a long journey of complete performances and album releases.
The elegance, vitality, humor, and drama of Mozart's Piano Sonatas unfold anew through Cho Jae-hyuk's interpretation.
