Jazz Bridge Company's presents optimal jazz that allows you to remember your cherished memories in a more beautiful and precious way. The series invites you to reflect upon those sparkling and radiant moments in our memories and the fragrant days of the past. Though each performer may have slightly different sensibilities and feelings, what they all share in common is an elegance, refinement, and melody and improvisation that awakens the tender shoots of our emotions. Through this, we offer you a very private "time with jazz" optimized for appreciation in each season. In autumn, commonly known as the season of reading and jazz, we wish to provide an opportunity to spend deeply personal moments of contemplation and meditation "together with jazz." On the last day of October, when you can feel the deepened autumn atmosphere, we invite you to enter a world of solo piano with greater depth and an artistic pianistic world that is clearer and more transparent. Pianist Lee Han-eol, who has already released two solo piano albums, is a graduate of German studies who creates his own unique sound by adding delicate touch and contemporary sensibility to traditional jazz language. Based on his profound sense of harmony and fluid improvisational development, he presents performances where lyricism and tension coexist. In this concert, we offer a particularly special "time with jazz" that only an intimate salon concert can provide, in an acoustically excellent environment where both hearing and sight are more focused. His piano playing—sometimes evoking more contemporary and urban landscapes, sometimes resembling a soliloquy or a conversation with oneself, and like spontaneous short films freely drawn—ultimately leads us to reflect upon ourselves and brings to mind the precious memories each of us holds dear, along with a deeper fragrance.
