Music Workshop Floreom, Yoon Piano Class Invitation Recital: Kim Ji-woo

[Performance Introduction] 'Music Workshop Floreum' – a place to enjoy music comfortably and entertainingly. We are pleased to present the special guest series 'Yoon Piano Class,' featuring students of Professor Yoon Hong-cheon from the Korea National University of Arts. A total of 12 pianists currently enrolled at the Korea National University of Arts will showcase a diverse repertoire ranging from Bach to contemporary music over three months from September through December. The third concert in this series will feature a recital by pianist Kim Ji-woo. Pianist Kim Ji-woo has proven her talent by winning numerous prestigious domestic competitions including the Korea Liszt Competition, Teenager Piano Competition, and Music World Competition, as well as earning 2nd place in the Chopin International Piano Competition Hartford, Young Artist Division. This recital offers an opportunity to witness how the pianist adapts to and moves forward through unexpected journeys and new landscapes encountered throughout her musical life. Through the works of Bach, Debussy, and Chopin, we invite you to imagine alongside the pianist the beautiful melodies discovered in these unexpected landscapes and envision her musical journey ahead, as if creating a print together.
