[Performance Introduction] Our theater company Onnuri, which cherishes the dreams and hopes of children, has strived to cultivate children's artistic sensibility, develop their self-expression, imagination, and creativity, and utilize theater as an effective educational tool. We have adapted our traditional Korean folktale "Byeoljubu-jeon" into a musical and present "The Rabbit's Journey to the Dragon Palace." We aim to create an opportunity for children to experience and love art by awakening their curiosity and imagination through active and expressive methods, allowing theater to become a joyful and enriching space for play, and enabling them to enjoy and appreciate the old story in an entertaining way. [Synopsis] The Dragon Palace—a peaceful and beautiful kingdom. However, the Dragon King suddenly falls gravely ill. It is said that only the liver of a rabbit living on land can cure the Dragon King's illness. The boastful General Octopus and Doctor Crab both fear the people living on land and refuse to go. But the loyal Minister Turtle, willing to take on the risk for the Dragon King, sets off to find the rabbit. Will Minister Turtle succeed in obtaining the rabbit's liver? Come, let us journey together to the Dragon Palace!
