[Performance Introduction]
Nature Sounds Temple : Summer in Meditation (VOL.2)
The lush greenery and beauty of summer unfold through the aesthetic interpretations of three artists: jazz pianist Lee Seung-eun, bassist Hong Seung-min, and drummer Kim Sun-ki.
Through free improvisation and ambient sounds, we create momentary meditation, painting the sunshine and rain of a sweltering summer day and the sounds of nature we have longed for into music.
Their trio sound, expressing the sounds of summer, will unfold various natural landscapes like a single painting.
Freely wandering sounds guide us into a world of meditation, and our music meets another serendipity here today, attempting to capture that 'place' beyond the notes.
Think of your ears as your eyes.
Those sounds will open your heart, allowing you to 'see' and 'remember' the sounds of summer and feel them.
