[Performance Introduction] Akina Quartet Akina Quartet is a band with a distinctive lineup centered around the clarinet. We add the free energy of jazz to the deep and mellow tone of the clarinet refined through classical music, bringing you music that feels both comfortable and refreshingly new. We perform a diverse range of pieces—from jazz standards to film scores—arranged in Akina Quartet's unique style. Led by a Japanese clarinetist, the group actively collaborates with various Korean jazz musicians, continuing cultural exchange between Korea and Japan through music. From vibrant and joyful moments to comfortable and warm ones, we create performances that leave a lasting impression on our audience's hearts.
