[PERFORMANCE INTRODUCTION] "Third Place Winner" depicts a character named "Moon" who was losing self-esteem due to the result of being "third" when compared by numbers, meeting "Happyland" that was hidden within, and through fantastic play, recovering their true self and growing. The key keyword in the play, "play," contains important messages and metaphors that we should not forget as we live our lives. Through this process, the changing psychological states of the characters are conveyed through songs, movement, and dynamic set design, moving beyond simply "watching" a performance to one where audiences "feel, empathize, and gain understanding." All the games featured in the work are inspired by actual games, and the reinterpreted plays have the potential to develop into real games. This approach induces a more intimate emotional connection with audiences and, within a results-oriented educational culture, allows them to rediscover the inherent joy and therapeutic value of play.
