The Lucerne Symphony Orchestra has touched the hearts of music lovers around the world for over 200 years, transcending the musical mecca of Lucerne. Maestro Michail Sanderling, who took office as principal conductor in 2021, takes the podium, building the orchestra's repertoire with greater depth by focusing on late Romantic composers such as Bruckner, Mahler, and Richard Strauss. Joining him is cellist Han Jae-min, beloved for his extraordinary talent and impeccable technique, performing Elgar's Cello Concerto as soloist. Expect a performance showcasing the refined and balanced Swiss sound alongside Han Jae-min's profound musicality.
