La Traviata [Gongju]

[SYNOPSIS] "One day you cast light upon me, and from that day on, I have lived in great love." Violetta, who enjoys parties every night, receives a heartfelt confession of love from Alfredo and leaves behind her luxurious life in Paris to begin a new life with him. However, Alfredo's father, believing that his son is wasting his life with a woman of society, tells Violetta to leave. Enraged by Violetta's departure after she leaves only a farewell letter, Alfredo humiliates her in front of many people. Later, when Alfredo learns the true reason for Violetta's departure, he seeks her out again, but Violetta, whose illness has already progressed beyond recovery, passes away.
